Denise Cipriano attended the University of Central Florida and has over 30 years of management experience in the areas of human resources, accounting and finance.
As Manager of Business Operations for General Dynamics – OTS in Orlando she was in charge of human resources where she was responsible for recruiting all staff from administrative to professional engineers and PHD consultants. It was there that she acquired her highly developed skill set which allowed her to quickly determine the suitability of candidates and had a higher than average rate of success in her placements. She was also responsible for the finance and accounting departments where she implemented and oversaw rigorous accounting procedures and cost accounting systems as necessitated by her government clients.
In her position with Elevation Financial Group she was in charge of human resources for 4 years. During that time, she recruited not only management staff but also all positions of operations in locations over the Southeast. Ten years later many of those staff remain and have become highly successful in their role with the company.
Denise began her work with the Elevation Scholars, Inc. in 2015. In her role as Operations Manager she is responsible for human resources. She successfully recruited all the current staff.
She is also the college success coach for the first 4 classes of Scholars. The first two classes have graduated and the first has gone on to graduate school and the second has begun his professional career.
Denise is on the board of directors of the Social Enterprise Fund, The Glenda G. Morgan Charitable Foundation and The Florida Fellowship Foundation which are all located in Central Florida where she lives with her family.
