Aminah Harris is the Elevation Scholars Program Manager. As a key executive leader, Aminah oversees our organization’s operations, staff, and full programming. She is responsible for the comprehensive development and expansion of the Elevation Scholars Program in both scope and impact to fulfill our mission of investing in world transformers.
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Aminah Harris is a proud first-generation graduate from the University of Florida with over 12 years of experience in college access and retention. In her prior years’ work at both The University of Florida and Santa Fe College, she created countless programs, won several awards, grew 2 departments, and gained national recognition for her innovative approaches to student support. A fierce advocate for students, Aminah’s heart is called to see the transformative and equalizing power of education reverberate through the underserved communities of America.
Aminah is a wife and mother of two bubbly children who enjoys reading, engaging in new experiences, and spending time with her loved ones.
