In his role as business intregration manager, Rod is responsible for leading the team who manages the business and legal affairs for Disney Institute. He leads a team of professionals in accounting, finance, and legal/technical writing to ensure Disney Institute is successful in offering a unique
learning experience to all clients. Rod also leads the operations and logistics teams at Disney Institute. He ensures the successful execution of Disney Institute professional development courses and advisory deliveries around the globe.
Prior to joining Disney Institute, he worked as a contracts services manager for Disney Sports Attractions, where he managed the business and legal affairs for Disney’s sports business at the ESPN Wide World of Sports® Complex, the Walt Disney World® Resort, and the Disneyland® Resort.
Outside of Disney, Rod worked as a senior paralegal at a local theme park, where he served as an integral partner in the launch of the theme park’s initial gift card program.
Rod has a master’s degree in business administration from Rollins College and his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University. He also has a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida. Rod is a licensed attorney in the state of Florida.
